How To Reset a Password in Borrow Lenses
The Borrow Lenses system does not allow us to see or change passwords
The Everbridge system does not allow us to see or change passwords. Please use the following process for Password reset.For Group Manager:Contact the SERVFL Team and ask for a password reset. We can send it from the system.
For a Contact:
Step 1: Group Manager should look up the user name in the Contact profileUsername is case specific
Step 2: Contact goes to the Member Portal (link is posted onType in username (case sensitive)If Contact cannot remember password, then click on Forgot password link
Step 3: Enter UsernameEnter RegistrationGroup Manager can look up Registration in Reports (see next slide for “how to”Answer Security QuestionWe cannot see answers
How to look up a Registration Email
Go to the Reports Tab and click on Create Report button
Choose Contacts as Report typeDrag last name, first name and Registered over to Data box
Click on Preview Report or CSV to see the results
Report will list the Registration for the Contacts in your group
Name and save report
Step 4: Check your
Step 5: Return to the Member Portal
Enter Username
Enter new password
If you use copy and paste and it fails, then type it in
Step 6: If the process fails, the Group Manager will have to delete the Contact and re-register
